ABXInk accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or debit card payments (debit cards with VISA or MasterCard logo may be used).



How Do I Modify Or Cancel My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.



When Will My Order Arrive?

You can check estimated delivery times on our Delivery & Shipping page. Simply select your delivery country from the drop-down menu and you will see all estimated delivery times and costs for your selected country.

You can also view your order status by either logging in to your account or entering your order number and email address. If your order is “In Process,” your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. After it is processed, the order status will change to “Shipped.” Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information.

Is My Order Eligible For Free Shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, oversized/overweight, marketplace and print products. Your order will be shipped using economy packaging. Shipping



Order Processing

  • I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?Often times, if you order in the morning, we can ship your package later that day. However, if you order in the afternoon or evening, we won’t be able to ship until the following day. From time to time there will be exceptions, but we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
    In the case of your order is being billed and shipped to separate addresses, we’ll need 1-2 business days for processing before the order can be shipped. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery time frame.
    We do not ship or deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders, including Friday afternoon and evening, will be processed on Monday.
