ABX Ink wants you to love what you bought! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 30 days from ordering. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with the tags still attached. Please return your order to the address listed below:

Please include a quick statement in an email (returns@ABXClothing.com) why you are returning your item(s). Also include a tracking number, if you want to exchange item and what is needed instead.
We do not accept returns/exchanges from items purchased outside of ABXClothing.com No exceptions.

Our warranty only covers defective items, not accidental damage or missuse.

Looking to exchange your item for a different style, size or color? No problem! Please place an order via ABXClothing.com. Once your order has been placed, please email us with your order number informing us of what you will be returning for this order. We will then deduct the ground shipping charge. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-2 business days at no extra charge for shipping and handling as long as we have been informed of the exchange. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. Please provide a return tracking number if possible. ABX Ink is not responsible for any lost shipments.

International Shipping Policy:
International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. ABX Ink is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by ABX Ink. We do try to minimize these charges for you by listing the wholesale value of the order on the commercial invoice. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing the costs for you. However, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” to bypass/reduce any of these charges. This is an illegal practice, and something we will not do as an established business.
